AN INDEPENDENT TRAVEL JOURNAL
For those who notice the details.
Travel, seen through
design & culture
Thoughtfully curated places, remarkable stays and cultural experiences for travellers who believe the journey is in the details.

The Edit
Places that
stay with you
Travel, with intention
Travel has more to offer than the destination itself. It’s the architecture that catches your eye, the restaurant you almost walked past, the conversations you remember passing by, the day-to-day of the locals, and the little details that make a place unforgettable.
Travel Design Edit is an independent travel journal dedicated to discovering details and points of view of beautiful places through culture, design, and thoughtful experiences.
A personal collection of stories, carefully curated recommendations, and travel guides for curious minds who believe that the best journeys go beyond the itinerary.

Behind the edit
Hello, I’m Patrícia
The eye behind the edit
I’m a Lisbon-based brand strategist with fifteen years in luxury hospitality, and the founder of T.U.B. – The Unusual Brand. My work is about noticing: why one hotel lobby feels like a welcome and another like a waiting room, why a menu font can make you hungry, why some places stay with you for years.
Travel Design Edit is where I write about all of it.
“Travel is the best design school there is — every street is a lesson in how people choose to live.”
